How to request deletion

Do not send passwords, tokens or copies of identity documents. If you represent a company or another account owner, we may ask for additional confirmation of your authorization.

• Email dtxsys2026@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
• Include the email address associated with your account and the relevant platform or account. Specify if you only want to remove a connection.
• Explain whether you want to delete your entire DTX Social Hub account or only data from one integration.

Prepare a deletion request email

Verification and response

We will review the request and verify that it comes from the owner or an authorized person. We will reply by email to confirm its scope, request any minimal missing information and communicate the applicable deadline.

Once processed, we will confirm deletion and explain any data that must be retained for a legal obligation or limited security purpose. Connected platforms’ specific deadlines also apply.

What deletion includes

Records strictly necessary for legal obligations, security or incident resolution may be retained. If an exception applies, we will explain its reason and scope.

• Profile and account data held by DTXSYS within the request’s scope.
• Connections and authorization credentials associated with the affected account.
• Content, preferences and metrics stored by DTXSYS within the confirmed scope.

Revoke access on the original platform

In addition to contacting us, you can revoke DTX Social Hub access in the application or connection settings of Meta, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. For Google and YouTube, use your Google account’s connection management page. This stops authorization to access new data; also request deletion of data DTXSYS already holds.

Data that remains on other platforms

Deletion in DTXSYS does not delete posts, videos or data on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. Delete that content through the relevant platform or an authorized function that supports deletion. Disconnecting an integration may stop pending schedules and related functions.
