DTXSYS
Privacy policy
Last updated:
This policy explains data processing related to the DTXSYS corporate website and features you authorize in DTX Social Hub. DTXSYS is the responsible contact for questions about this processing: dtxsys2026@gmail.com, Honduras.
Data on the corporate website
The website presents DTXSYS and its products. In its initial configuration, the form prepares a message in your email application; it does not send it or store it in a website database. If you send the email, we receive the details it contains.
The hosting service may process technical information needed to serve the pages, including IP addresses and access logs. The website includes no advertising trackers or third-party analytics by default. We will update this information if additional tools or direct form submission are enabled.
Information you provide
We may receive your name, email address, company and message when you contact us. Within a product, we may also process account details, preferences and content you provide to use a feature. Do not include passwords, identity documents or sensitive data in a general inquiry.
Authentication and permissions
When you connect a platform, authorization takes place through the mechanisms it provides. The product may receive user or account identifiers and authorized access credentials, such as tokens, to perform approved functions. We do not need your social network password.
We request only permissions needed for enabled features. You may deny or revoke them; some functions will become unavailable.
Purpose of processing
Depending on the circumstances, processing relies on your authorization, provision of the requested service or applicable obligations. We do not use your account content for advertising unrelated to the service.
- Respond to inquiries and support requested projects.
- Authenticate users and maintain connections they authorize.
- Organize and process content, schedule authorized actions and display metrics.
- Provide support, protect accounts and prevent misuse.
- Meet legal obligations and rules that apply to integrations.
Storage and security
Data needed for a service may be processed by DTXSYS and providers involved in its operation. We adopt reasonable access restrictions and credential protection measures appropriate to the function and data type. No system eliminates every risk.
Providers and platforms may operate in other countries. Processing must respect applicable obligations and integration conditions. You can ask us about the scope of processing for your account.
Third-party services
Connected platforms maintain their own privacy policies. Review the data they provide and how to revoke permissions. Data processed through YouTube features is subject to Google and YouTube policies.
Data retention
We retain data only while needed for the stated purpose, an active account or an applicable obligation. Access to and retention of platform data must respect each provider’s deletion or refresh deadlines.
When an account is closed or authorization is revoked, we stop using it for new actions and arrange deletion of associated data that does not need to be retained. Records required for legal or security obligations are limited to that purpose. We can explain deadlines applicable to your request.
Your rights and deletion
You can request access to, correction or deletion of data DTXSYS holds about you, revoke authorization or ask about processing. We will verify ownership with the minimum information needed; we will never ask for a password to process a request.
Deleting data in DTXSYS does not delete content hosted on a social platform. Use that platform’s tools for this purpose. Read our deletion instructions or contact dtxsys2026@gmail.com.
Changes and contact
We will publish policy changes and the update date here. Material changes to processing in an active service will be communicated through available channels. For questions or requests: dtxsys2026@gmail.com.
Social platform data
Depending on granted permissions and the available integration, DTX Social Hub may access profile information, managed accounts or pages, channels, published content, drafts prepared in the product and performance metrics. The exact scope is shown during authorization.
Connections with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google or YouTube do not grant unlimited access to your data. We do not use data from these platforms to sell personal information or train general-purpose AI models. If an AI-assisted function needs to process content, its purpose must be disclosed and the relevant authorization and policies respected.
